A Bout with Gout

uric acid levels.  Our Gout tea is a great supplement to
lifestyle and dietary changes to alleviatethis acute and
painful medical issue.  Contains: Horsetail, Golden Rod,
and Nettle
Allergy Relief Tea
Oh those naggy springtime and airborne allergies!  
Relief is on the way with our Allergy Relief tea.  
Contains:  Nettle, Lobelia, Rosehip, Chamomile, and
Oregon Grape.  Safe for children over age 5.  
Nice hot or iced.
Arthritis Tea
Contains Celery Seed, Dandelion, Devil's Claw,
Feverfew, and Spearmint.  Celery regulates nervous system,
dandelion is anti-rheumatic & immune-
stimulating, Feverfew has analgesic and anti-inflammatory
properties, Devil's Claw root is anti-arthritic.
Spearmint is to mask the earthy taste of all of the above!
Blood Pressure Tea
Helps lower blood pressure with Astragalus,
Barberry, Dandelion, Gotu Kola, Milk Thistle, Nettle,
Passion Flower, Rosemary, and Skullcap.  Spearmint
added for a mild sweet flavor. Note:  Ingredients not
recommended for pregnant women.
Candida Tea
This tea provides relief for Candida.  Contains:  
Calendula, Black Walnut, Nettle, Dandelion, Catnip,
Vervain, and Devil's Claw.  Sip 2-4 cups per day for at
least a week, then a cup every other day to keep it at
bay.  Delete white foods from diet.
Clear Skin Tea
Skin issues are annoying and can be embarrassing.  Skin
eruptions can be caused by foods, stress, hormones,
environmental issues, or just plain ol' dirt!  This tea helps
internal issues related to skin problems.  Can also be used as
a poultice externally!  Contains:  Calendula, Burdock,
Clover, Cleavers, Horsetail, and Spearmint.
Cold & Flu Tea
Helps knock out a cold and aids with the flu and minor
fevers.  Contains:  Dandelion, Red Clover, Cinnamon
Sticks, Echinacea, Burdock, and Feverfew.
Diet Assist Tea
Chickweed, Alfalfa, Dandelion, Fennel, Juniper Berries,
Celery, and Parsley  Aids with a weight loss program,
water retention, helps to flush out fat and toxins.
Extreme Stress
Simple soothing and stress relieving tea.  Helps
uncontrollable anger, stress, and anxiety. Rose Petals,
Rose Hips, Lemon Balm, and Lemongrass.

Earthy blend of Motherwort, Red Raspberry Leaf,
Blessed Thistle, Rosemary, and Blue Vervain.  Relieves
hot flash symptoms, regulates hormones and mood, and
allows natural cooling of body.
I'm So Blue
Sip away the blues with this mellowing tea of Nettle,
St. John's wort, Spearmint, Kava Kava, and Damiana.  
Safe and non addictive.

some commonly used prescription and over-the-counter drugs. DO NOT USE this
supplement if you are taking contraceptives, antidepressants, immuno-suppressants
(such as cyclosporine), anticoagulants, Digoxin, HIV medicine, blood thinners,

Migraine Tea
Specifically designed for migraines.  Contains:  
Lobelia, Feverfew, Wintergreen Leaf, Lemon Balm,
and Wood Betony.  As needed for migraines or
difficult headaches.
Mother's Tea
Nourishing recipe to promote production of mother's
milk, naturally. Great for first time mom's where stress
can hamper milk production.  Contains Raspberry Leaf,
Nettle, Dandelion, and Peppermint.
Nico-Tea
'Mild and relaxing tea of Catnip and Lobelia.  Both
decrease desire for Nicotine and Lobelia decreases
desire for Nicotine because it makes Nicotine taste
terrible!  Aids in respiratory problems and reduces
excess mucous.
  Once A Month Tea
Developed for ladies with difficult monthly cycles
including bloating, cramps, nausea, headache.  Chaste
Tree Berry, Spearmint, Scullcap, Marshmellow, and
Passion Flower, 2 cups per day, for 2 days
Simple Sleep Tea
Developed to help you drift off to sleep naturally.  
Ingredients include Catnip, Chamomile, Skullcap,
Peppermint, Passion Flower, and a pinch of Stevia (for
sweetness),  1 tsp. steeped in hot water sipped
45 minutes before bed.
Smoker's Detox Tea
